Zenith DCHS Apartments transformed this 128-year-old building into 122 mixed-income modern apartments.
The exterior of the building will largely remain the same with some minor improvements being made. However, the interior will see a significant amount of work—preserving and recreating design elements of the original school made for apartment living.
